All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to India Tour's Writer via email at sales@indiastourwriter.com or Online.
Cancellations will be effective on the date and time India Tour's Writer receives the written notification.
Cancellations made by 25 Days before the scheduled service/activity will incur no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 15 Days before the scheduled service/activity will be subject to a 10%cancellation fee.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 2-3 business days after the cancellation date.
No refunds will be provided for services/activities that have already commenced.
Clients may request to reschedule a service/activity based on availability. India Tour's Writer will make best efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
India Tour's Writer reserves the right to cancel or modify services/activities in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, India Tour's Writer will strive to offer alternative options or provide a refund.
